What happens after I reach out?
I’ll respond within one to two business days to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. That call is just a chance to talk through what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit before committing to anything.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is available for anyone physically located in Montana. Sessions are held via SimplePractice, which is HIPAA-compliant and works on any device with a camera.
What are your fees?
Individual sessions are $150. Diagnostic evaluations are $175. I currently accept self-pay. Montana Medicaid enrollment is pending, and additional insurance panels are in process - feel free to ask about your specific plan.
Do you work with children directly?
My primary focus at Cycles of Life is individual adults, parents, adolescents (ages 12–18), and coparenting work. I continue to provide child-centered play therapy through my work at Spot to Talk. If you’re looking for a younger child to be seen directly, I’m happy to discuss referral options.
